The Eva solo Flowerpot was created to improve the life span of your in door plants and herbs. Designed by Claus Jensen and Henrik Holbuk, for Eva Solo the vase in the base of the pot holds the water for the wick to bring up to the soil as the plant requires it. The principle behind this functional and self watering flowerpot which consists of just two parts is the (on top) ceramic flowerpot, and beneath, a glass container, which functions as a water reservoir. Water is drawn up through nylon threads which hand down from the bottom. The vase in the base of the pot holds the water for the wick to bring up to the soil as the plant requires it. The vase reservoir can hold enough water for the plant to only need watering once a week, and possibly less frequently, depending on the circumstances. 13 cm
