The Book & the Pea

A design by Yusuke Suzuki, The Book Bed combines two of my favorite things, and looks like a comfortable sensation. Suzuki has indeed created an interesting piece. Another wonderful bed, which is one of my other favorites is the 3 Peas in a Pod Bed. I found this piece on Frankie’s blog a few months ago and the Book Bed reminded me of another lovely sleeping creation. Both beds I believe would be perfect in children nurseries or play rooms, or for all the big kids, I confess that I wouldn’t mind either as my own bed

Hope you all enjoyed your weekend. The opening of the new store was a success! And we have tonnes of new goodies that I know you will all love! To name a few, our Marimekko range has expanded and we now stock fabrics! Aesop is arriving today, and we have all new Elk including a wonderful range for men and many more. We would love to see you!

The Gold Coast Greenhouse is currently preparing for a little move into the Brickworks Centre at Ferry Road next door to the flower shop and tea store! All should be done and ready by this Saturday! Come in say hello to the slightly new Greenhouse this weekend!

Thankyou Amber from Down to the Woods, wholesaler of whimsy for creating such lovely ottomans for the home. Her collection is titled Little Lamb and I adore her wool rugs and garlands. Designed in Melbourne and 100% New Zealand wool, here are a few photographs of the colourful pieces, posted by the Life Instyle Trade Fair Blog

Hopefully the Greenhouse will be home to these woolen wonders in future!
